The Wellem Hotel Dusseldorf

Upon arrival, I was kinda surprised to be upgraded to a suite in The Wellem, part of the Unbound Collection By Hyatt. The location was fantastic, close to parks, shopping, and art galleries. The staff was really good, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a full breakfast, a mini market, and a 24-hour bar/lounge area, a great convenience. The beautiful decor and historically significant building added to the charm of my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists.

While my stay at The Wellem was mostly enjoyable, I did experience a few minor issues. The WiFi connection was poor and did not work at all on the day of my departure.

Great location near the Rhien River and Christmas markets. Attentive receptionist who took time to check in each guest. Superb and quiet room with convenient features like a washing machine.

Limited choices for breakfast, could use more variety. Bed sheets could have been softer.

The service at the front desk was disappointing. She insisted that breakfast was included, even though we had proof that it wasn't.

My room had beautiful views and was equipped with special features like a Jacuzzi and private facilities. the staff was friendly and attentive and made my stay unforgettable. the garden area was also a highlight, providing a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city.

While the restaurant served delicious food, I would have appreciated more variety and options for special diet menus.

The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices including healthy options. The hotel also had onsite restaurants and a bar that served amazing food and drinks. The parking was convenient, with a garage located below the hotel. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

One minor downside was the lack of spa or sauna facilities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the city. We were upgraded to an Executive suite with high ceilings and large windows. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was pretty good and tasty. Despite the staff shortage, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The WiFi worked really well.
